Background Check (Only for Volunteers 18+)
To safeguard minors and adult leaders, all events and programs at Immanuel that cater to minors or individuals with special needs require that our volunteers and staff aged 18 and above undergo a background check conducted by our church every 5 years.
If you have completed a background check with Immanuel within the last 5 years, select "YES" below.
If you have not, select "NO," complete the rest of this form, and click "Submit." A link will be provided on the confirmation screen after pressing the "Submit" button. A link will also be sent to your confirmation email address that you provided above.
If you are not sure if or when you have completed a background check with Immanuel, select "NOT SURE" and complete the rest of the form. You can simply reply to the confirmation email you will receive to inquire about your background check status, or call (618) 439-3513.
